Meet your next seven days.
A quick introduction with Khaled. See what you will build, how the challenge works, and whether it is right for you.
Sound familiar?
Unanswered applications can make you question your ability. Your approach may need attention too. Learn to target relevant roles, communicate your strengths, and follow up with purpose.
Common job-search situations, not student testimonials.
I keep applying. Nobody replies.
Start with relevance, not volume. Learn to choose roles that fit and show the evidence behind your skills.
My projects are good. I freeze in interviews.
Build a clear way to explain your decisions, your contribution, and what you learned.
With AI and all the competition, where do I fit?
You cannot control the market. You can improve your positioning, make your work easier to evaluate, and apply with a plan.
Find your starting point.
Have you built a project you can explain?
Yes. I need a better way into the market.
Turn your skills into a focused search.

Not yet. I’m still learning the basics.
Build a technical foundation first.
This challenge covers career preparation, not programming from zero. You do not need company experience, but you need work you can present.

Meet your mentor / Khaled Frayji
From rejection to a clear direction.
Getting hired is not only about what you know. It is also about how clearly you position it, prove it, and put it in front of the right people.
The frustration
Four years ago, Khaled Frayji was struggling with job applications. He knew the frustration of putting in the effort without knowing what to change.
The turning point
Instead of sending more applications the same way, he began paying attention to the pattern: the roles he targeted, how he presented his work, and how he approached conversations.
The pattern
Since then, he has worked with more than four companies and continues to receive offers. That is his experience, not a promise of your outcome.
This challenge is that pattern, written down. Seven days to practise a more intentional approach to your own career.

Clear answers. No hidden promises.
Who is this challenge for?
It is designed for programming students, fresh graduates, self-taught developers and junior developers who have technical skills but need a clearer system for finding and securing suitable opportunities.
Does the challenge guarantee that I will get a job?
No ethical program can guarantee a hiring decision. This challenge gives you the strategy, tools and execution system needed to improve the quality of your applications and how you perform throughout the hiring process.
Are the lessons in Arabic?
Yes. All lessons are delivered in clear spoken Arabic, with the professional English terms developers use in the industry.
Do I need professional experience?
No professional experience is required, but you should have a basic technical foundation or at least one project you can present. This challenge teaches you how to enter the market, not how to learn programming from zero.
Does it include remote-work opportunities?
Yes. The challenge explains how to find remote positions, understand location restrictions and filter opportunities that are genuinely open to candidates from your country.
How much time should I dedicate each day?
Plan for approximately 45 to 60 focused minutes each day to learn and complete the practical mission.
Why is it called a challenge instead of a course?
Because the goal is not to collect more information. Every day requires action, and every action produces part of your final career system.
The next chapter
Change the way you apply.
You cannot control every hiring decision. You can improve how you search, present your work, and prepare. Start with seven days of focused action.
